Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting physical and psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Providing occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
- Evaluating patient progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy from a university certified by the ACOTE or AOTA
- Certified by the National Board for Certification
- Valid/Current State of California Occupational Therapy license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- A minimum of 1 year of recent Occupational Therapy experience in an institutional setting
- A minimum of 1 year of recent Occupational Therapy experience with a home health agency
