Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and trauma-informed Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our collaborative care team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health therapy and a deep understanding of the connection between food, mood, and overall wellbeing. Preference will be given to candidates who are open to incorporating nutritional awareness, lifestyle medicine, and mind-body strategies into their therapeutic work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and/or couples counseling for clients facing mental health challenges, chronic illness, trauma, or lifestyle-related concerns
- Collaborate closely with our nutritionists and healthcare providers to create comprehensive, integrated care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA-compliant clinical notes
- Offer education and psychoeducation around the mental-emotional impacts of nutrition, sleep, stress, and movement
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing clinical development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active Washington State licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Interest or experience in integrative health or functional nutrition
- Training or familiarity with somatic, trauma-informed, or mindfulness-based approaches
- Willingness to collaborate and communicate with a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with telehealth platforms and secure EHR systems
