Position Summary
As an IT Quality Assurance Engineer. You'll be responsible to perform functional testing, system integration testing, and post Go Live testing. You'll create, execute, and maintain test cases and provide recommendation to automate tests as needed
Responsibilities
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- 3 years of experience in QA and Software Testing
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, ALM, qTest or equivalent tools
- Experience testing .NET or JavaScript-based web applications and services, as well as windows-based desktop applications
- Familiarity with Agile and working knowledge of Scrum
- Ability to interact in a positive, collaborative and constructive manner with many levels of staff
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Prior experience in fast-paced, dynamic and highly collaborative environments
