Position Summary
The primary goal of the Manager, Workplace Services is to develop and manage sustainable and efficient workplace service programs that enhance a fluid workplace experience, and ensure efficient use of workplaces.

Position Summary
The primary goal of the Manager, Workplace Services is to develop and manage sustainable and efficient workplace service programs that enhance a fluid workplace experience, and ensure efficient use of workplaces.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversight of services provided, per scope of work, including but not limited to janitorial services/green cleaning, pest management services, sustainability efficiencies, food services, break room equipment and supplies, solid waste and recycling, and lab support and office moves
- Manage workplace service programs and managing vendor services to ensure workplace satisfaction with soft services at all levels in the organization
- Manage on-site food and beverage programs that highlight Neo culture including breakroom coffee/teas, and grab-and-go kiosks
- Develop and manage sustainable corporate green cleaning program for janitorial services that support corporate health and environment focus
- Execute continuous improvement programs that enhance properties and workplace experiences including stakeholder feedback, space audits, and vendor performance reviews
- Respond to space assignment requests and participate in ongoing space utilization and space planning
- Develop performance and impact reports on a quarterly basis with vendor service requirements, sales and stakeholder data. Recommend, train and enforce site standards, procedures, and protocols and notify of internal customer-requested exceptions
- Ownership of KPI's & metrics to measure effectiveness, and manage performance and oversight for workplace services
- Develop relationships with site stakeholders to foster ongoing engagement to enhance workplace experience
- Support and participate in environmental sustainability initiatives
- BA/BS in Business Management, Sustainability, Hospitality, Architecture, Construction Management, Design, or related field
- 5 years’ experience in a corporate environment
- 5 years’ experience with work environments, services and workplace strategy
- Customer Service Oriented
- Implementation of lean process improvement initiatives
- Cross-functional team leadership and people skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
