Our Sales Development Manager will work closely with the entire revenue leadership team to help cultivate and shape the success of the Sales Development team. You will be responsible for building and driving pipeline by motivating, coaching, measuring, and leading a team of SDRs. What You Will do
- Define team goals with sales leadership and accountability in meeting those objectives.
- Collaborate with the revenue leadership team to drive pipeline and optimize sales opportunities.
- Develop team KPIs and dashboards to assist in making data-driven decisions and optimizing individual performance.
- Perform quarterly performance and career development progress reviews with employees. Hold regular one-on-one meetings to ensure goals are met and to provide consistent, constructive feedback.
- Help develop sales scripts, talk tracks, and product use cases to improve the quality and quantity of demo appointments scheduled.
- Internalize and champion the NEOGOV mission, vision, and culture.
- Participate in regular company and office meetings to share SDR progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution.
