We are seeking an experienced analyst and Tableau guru to join our centralized BI & Analytics team who will develop Tableau reporting and perform in-depth analysis of SaaS metrics to support data- driven decision-making across the organization.
Design, implement, and maintain intuitive Tableau dashboards and visualizations that will enable business users to understand and act on insights.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions related to sales, retention, and customer operations.
Participate in cross-functional projects to support business initiatives with insights and reporting.
Conduct data integrity checks including data reconciliation and data audits.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data is understood and used effectively.
Support Tableau users with guidance, training, and support as needed and through regular office hours, aiming to maximize its usage and effectiveness across the company.

What You Have
3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in SaaS or subscription business.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
Expert in Tableau and proficient in SQL; Python experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in sales and operational analysis in a SaaS or subscription business is preferred.
