Serves as a student worker. Must be a current CCU student.
Normal Workdays : Schedule development is flexible. M-F 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm are the primary workdays and operating hours for this office. If the need for evening or weekend event coverage arises, a request will be made in advance. It is important that a successful candidate can fit Tuesdays from 5-7 : 15 pm in their work schedule to help facilitate a continuing and professional education program. (The class schedule can be provided to interested applicants upon request.)
Ideal Candidate : An ideal candidate would be a Sophomore or Junior, so that they would be familiar with CCU but also have the potential to serve as a student worker for 2-3 years, or until graduation. However, all applicants will be reviewed and experience and genuine interest in the field of online, continuing, professional education, workforce development, etc. will be taken into consideration.
Responsibilities :
- Assists with system administration and learner enrollment in Campus CE (education management system).
- Assists with the production of multimedia, departmental webpages, social media, etc.
- Assists with the marketing and promotion of various campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Assists with setup for continuing and professional education classes, events, etc.
- Assists with administrative tasks, as needed, to ensure the smooth operation of Continuing Studies.
- Other duties as assigned.
