We are seeking a Sales Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Sales Development team. In collaboration with our revenue leadership team, you will spearhead efforts to build and drive a robust pipeline by motivating, coaching, and leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Establish team goals in collaboration with sales leadership and ensure accountability for meeting those objectives.
Work together with the revenue leadership team to generate sales opportunities and enhance the sales pipeline.
Establish team KPIs and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decisions and enhance individual performance.
Conduct quarterly performance and career development reviews with employees. Schedule regular one-on-one meetings to ensure goals are met and provide consistent, constructive feedback.
Develop sales scripts, talk tracks, and product use cases to enhance the quality and quantity of booked appointments.
Embrace and promote the mission, vision, and culture of NEOGOV.
Engage actively in regular company and office meetings to showcase SDR progress, address challenges, and drive effective solutions. Your input is vital for our collective success.

Expert in Salesforce and Outreach, dedicated to ensuring data integrity and effectively reporting on SDR activities and performance metrics.

Proven capability to engage and collaborate seamlessly across diverse departments within the organization, including Sales, Support, Finance, and more, to drive collective success and achieve strategic goals.

What You Have
Two years of experience leading a Sales Development Representative (SDR) team in a SaaS sales environment.
Demonstrated experience in the Public Safety or Public Sector is a significant advantage that can set candidates apart.
