This is an onsite position (Mon-Fri) at our Draper, Utah office.

Our Sales Development Manager will work closely with the entire revenue leadership team to help cultivate and shape the success of the Sales Development team. You will be responsible for building and driving pipeline by motivating, coaching, measuring, and leading a team of SDRs. If you are competitive, financially motivated, and capable of sharing & implementing strategies, we're excited to talk with you.
Define team goals with sales leadership and accountability in meeting those objectives.
Collaborate with the revenue leadership team to drive pipeline and optimize sales opportunities.
Develop team KPIs and dashboards to assist in making data-driven decisions and optimizing individual performance.
Perform quarterly performance and career development progress reviews with employees. Hold regular one-on-one meetings to ensure goals are met and to provide consistent, constructive feedback.
Help develop sales scripts, talk tracks, and product use cases to improve the quality and quantity of demo appointments scheduled.
Internalize and champion the NEOGOV mission, vision, and culture.
Participate in regular company and office meetings to share SDR progress, identify blockers, and drive resolution.
Passionate for sales training, motivating, coaching, and implementing sales strategies in a high-growth environment.
Proficient with Salesforce & Outreach and are able to maintain data integrity and report on SDR activity and metrics obtainment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to set expectations and communicate goals and objectives with customers and teammates
Ability to successfully communicate and coordinate with departments across the organization, including Sales, Support, Finance, etc
Strong organizational and follow through skills
High level of personal accountability
What You Have
2 year’s experience leading an SDR team in a SaaS sales environment.
Experience selling into Public Safety/ Public Sector is a plus.
Proven track record of success with a career path demonstrating increasing responsibility levels.
