As an Architect you will define and maintain the technical vision, and help the teams deliver new features and capabilities to several of our SaaS products
What You Will do
- Own, define and maintain the overall vision & strategic direction for projects and architecture within our Neogov suite of products
- Stay ahead of the latest technology trends and best practices to incorporate innovation into the company's products
- Ensure the SaaS platform is optimized for performance and scalability, addressing any bottlenecks and ensuring the system can handle growth in users and data
- Advocate for and implement automation in the development and testing processes to enhance efficiency
- Mentor and guide architects and senior developers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Create and maintain technical roadmaps for the software architecture, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives and strategy
- Design and implement architectures and technologies with security at the forefront, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards such as FedRAMP
