We’re looking for a Training Specialist I, a facilitator with the talent of transforming software training into a language many understand via multiple learning channels. This candidate will be responsible for delivering course content to support our customers' development, productivity, and retention, as well as assisting in maintaining instructional materials. Our ideal candidate will be self-driven, will take the initiative to see projects and assignments through to completion, and stay laser-focused on delighting NEOGOV Suite customers with information on our products and services and other relevant subject areas of interest.
Facilitate and deliver training programs in an engaging and charismatic manner, both remotely and in person.
Ensure that NEOGOVs curriculum is delivered professionally and effectively to meet desired learning objectives.
Become a subject matter expert on all areas of NEOGOV to be able to effectively lead discussions and answer questions.
Document customer attendance for training sessions when indicated.
Instruct remote participants using a virtual platform such as Adobe Connect, WebEx, or GoToMeeting/GoToTraining.
Direct clients to online training guides, job aids, and other product resources.
Attend conferences to facilitate product training sessions.
Ensure learning content is current, high quality and engaging.
Maintain KPI metrics indicated by the team in the form of CSAT and NPS for all facilitatedUniversity Live and in-person training sessions.
Work with training team to answer all community forum questions within the time frame indicated by the Community Management team.

What You Have
BS degree in Training, Education/Adult Education, English, Human Resources or related field
Proven ability to master full training cycle
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to travel 25% of the time
