Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and friendly manner.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely communication with production and delivery teams.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a solution-focused approach.
• Provide product information, including details about our ingredients, baking processes, and shelf life.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
