Front of House Team Member

Base Pay $12 avg additional tips per hour $4-8 Per hour= $16-$18 per hour Total Pay Rate

Position: FOH Team member- Cashier, Expo, Food Runner, Line Server, Dining room attendant

Type: Full-time/Part-time - Must have day shift availability

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure proper presentation and timely delivery of orders to guests.
• Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure special requests or dietary needs are met.
• Check orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before serving to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including table setup and condiment replenishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• A positive and professional demeanor, even under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Knowledge of food and beverages, including allergens and dietary restrictions.
• Flexibility in working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
