We're seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us achieve these objectives through innovative marketing strategies and effective brand management.

Position Summary:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans that drive real business results. Your role will involve managing social media, developing influencer partnerships, executing email marketing campaigns, and overseeing reputation management. You will work closely with executive leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness across NC's Triangle area.
  • Plan, create, and schedule regular social media posts and stories, ensuring content aligns with developed content pillars.
  • Engage with audiences on all social media platforms through inbound and outbound interactions.
  • Manage and respond to reviews for each location, working with store leadership to mitigate negative reviews when possible.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to generate branding ideas, promotional materials, and advertising opportunities.
  • Identify and utilize effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms, to relay product messages to customers.
  • Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies by analyzing key performance metrics.
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns based on robust data and present recommendations to management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
  • Set goals and objectives to engage customers through appropriate marketing channels.
  • Support outbound and inbound marketing activities, demonstrating expertise in events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and content development.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with email marketing, and tailoring strategy to target market.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and software.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative marketing initiatives that deliver tangible business results. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise to manage our social media platforms, execute email marketing campaigns, and other marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility across the Triangle area and attract new customers.
  • Develop and execute a robust social media strategy, including planning, creating, and scheduling regular posts and stories.
  • Set goals and objectives to engage customers through appropriate marketing channels.
  • Engage actively with our online community, fostering meaningful interactions and responding to reviews across all platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover customer trends, competitive insights, and demographic data.
  • Collaborate with our executive team to generate creative branding ideas and promotional content.
  • Explore and identify effective marketing channels to expand our marketing efforts and make an impact on sales and customer traffic.
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns based on robust data and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Drive both inbound and outbound marketing efforts, showcasing your skills in planning, advertising, and content optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. (Associates is acceptable if actively pursuing Bachelor's degree)
  • Proven track record in marketing, social media management, and content development.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into impactful marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for creativity and forward thinking.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and a solid understanding of current digital marketing trends.
  • Positive Self-Starter: You have an upbeat, persistent style, manage your time well, and can present your ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • 3 years Marketing experience.
  • Must be proficient in Canva or similar platforms
  • Must be experienced in social media posting
