We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shift Supervisor to join our Neomonde family. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift. You will lead and inspire a team of passionate individuals, uphold our commitment to quality, and contribute to the overall success of Neomonde Mediterranean.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate team members, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Operations: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures and ensuring food safety and quality standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Interact with customers, address inquiries or concerns, and ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
- Training: Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and development to existing staff.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Adherence to Policies: Enforce company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay $14- $16 per hour, this position earns $4-$6 additional hourly in tips totaling an average of $18-$22 hourly rate
