Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and results-driven Commission-Only Sales Representatives to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in need of mobile app development services.
- Conduct outreach through various channels (email, phone calls, social media, networking events, etc.).
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Neon Apps’ services to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management team.
