- Manage and grow a book of business by identifying and closing upsell opportunities within existing NEON partners
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers to understand their evolving needs
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success to time and execute upsells
- Use data to uncover trends and proactively recommend solutions
- Track performance and pipeline in CRM and provide feedback for ongoing optimization
- Consistently exceed monthly MRR targets
- You increase average contract value and product penetration across accounts
- You help NEON partners get more value — and more revenue — from their relationship with us
- 2 years in a sales, account management, or growth-focused role
- Strong communicator with consultative selling skills
- You thrive on building relationships and helping businesses grow
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Self-starter who can own their pipeline and hit the ground running
- Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 OTE, including base commissions.
