WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR SCIENTIST - RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Neopharm Boston is an analytical development contract research organization (CRO) with specialized experience in providing solutions to challenging problems in small molecule analysis and purification. Our work supports chemistry teams by providing the material and information required during drug discovery and development. Key techniques will include chromatography, both HPLC and Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC), and NMR and mass spectrometry.
We have an opening in our Separations & Purification Group for a non-Ph.D., full-time Senior Scientist. Primary Responsibilities
Conduct laboratory research activities for moderate and complex projects using purification, analytics, and method development in accordance with timelines and goals.
Document / report project work and results in a detailed, clear, concise, and scientific manner to fellow team members as well as to customers.
Assist in the maintenance of laboratory equipment, supplies, Laboratory Operating Procedures

Education
BS degree in chemistry or related field; or equivalent
Experience
Prior experience working in a laboratory
Understanding of chiral chromatography a plus
Experience in preparative chromatography a plus
Knowledge of typical HPLC, MS, or NMR data systems a plus
