Responsibilities Include:
- Work with the Warehouse Supervisor and other team leads to prioritize inventory management and ensure production schedules are supported.
- Ensure materials are accurately tracked, documented, and available to meet production requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the receiving, storing, and distributing of materials in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Report inventory discrepancies, quality concerns, or issues with materials to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory management processes.
- Participate in lean manufacturing and 5S activities to improve efficiency and organization in the warehouse.
- Sustain a clean and organized work area to facilitate effective, safe, and quality operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and track materials and supplies to ensure availability for production.
- Abide by safe work standards and practices.
Skills & Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures, and inventory reports.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal communication skills to interact with various departments.
- Ability to handle inventory tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Strong performance in safety, inventory accuracy, and attendance.
