Neos is seeking a Business Analyst for an Oracle Optimization project for a long-term contract with our client in Austin, TX. This person will assist with Oracle ERP Optimization and Special Projects
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIE
SSystem Analysisand Optimization
:Analyze existing Oracle ERP functionalities and identify areas for improvement
.Collaborate with business units to streamline processes and enhancesystem efficiency
.Implement system enhancements and monitor their impact on business operations
.Integration and Expansion
:Assist in expanding systemintegrations to ensure seamless connectivity with other platforms and tools
.Work with IT and external partners to design and implement scalable integration solutions
.Continuous Improvement
:Support the establishment of a frameworkfor ongoing evaluation and refinement of Oracle ERP processes
.Gather feedbackfrom stakeholders and assist in leading iterativeenhancements
.Project and Change Management
:Participate in Oracle-related projects,including system upgrades,module implementations, and process improvements
.Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and integration of new functionalities and processes
.Provide ongoingsupport to businessunits, addressing any issues and ensuring that Oracle ERP solutions meet their needs effectively
.Training and User Support
:Develop and deliver trainingprograms to enhanceuser proficiency in Oracle ERP
.Provide ongoingsupport to users, addressing any issues and ensuring optimaluse of the system
.Governance and Compliance
:Ensure data integrity, security,and compliance acrossOracle ERP operations
.Support the establishment of governance standards to maintain systemaccuracy and reliability. Implement and manage segregation of duties to ensure compliance and reduce risk
.Backlog Management
:Manage and prioritize the backlog of Oracle ERP enhancements and bug fixes
.Work with stakeholders to ensure that the most critical issues are addressed promptly
.Requirements Definition and Documentation
:Collaborate with business units to defineand document requirements for Oracle ERP functionalities. Ensure that requirements align with business needs and regulatory standards
.Develop and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures for Oracle ERP operations. Document all requirements, policies, and procedures to ensure clarity and compliance
.Pass on detailed requirements and documentation to the implementation team
.Conduct regularaudits to ensurecompliance with documented policies and procedures
.Review and update documentation periodically to reflectchanges in businessprocesses and regulatory requirements
.Support Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s Safety Management Systems (SMS) process by ensuring staff follows safety and security policies, considers safety in every action, and ensures safety and security concerns are reported
.Perform other duties as required and/orassigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIO
NSEducation and Experien
ceBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred). Related experience may substitute for educational requirements on a year for year basis up to 4 year
s.Four (4) years of experience workingwith Oracle ERP system
s.Proficiency with Oracle ERP Modules, Financials, HCM and Procuremen
t.Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, or other similar softwa
reExperience in finance, supplychain, or HR processes withinERP systems is preferred. Proven experience in backlog management and implementing segregation of dutie
s.
