Business Analyst, Level 2
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Hybrid role 2 days onsite

Minimum Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration
- Experience (4 years each):
- Business Requirements & SDLC: Managing business requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including regression testing
- Process Improvement: Leading business process reengineering to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience
- Business Relationship Management: Acting as a liaison between functional and technical teams
- Project & Organizational Leadership: Managing projects, stakeholder relationships, performance tracking, resource allocation, and vendor coordination
- Project Experience in:
- Data Management (quality, warehousing, modeling, migration, integration)
- Secure File Transfers
- Enterprise System Analysis & Architecture
- Information Security
- Agile & Scrum: Serving as a Scrum Master or working in an Agile environment
- System Implementations & Enhancements in:
- Finance, Procurement, Contract Management, HR, Legal, Audit, Communications, Benefits Processing, and Building Operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience (4 years each):
- Business Consulting in diverse industries
- IT Service Management (ITSM): Implementing ITSM processes and software using ITIL principles
- CAPPS Integrations & Financial Systems: Managing Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) integrations, including:
- Financial systems and PeopleSoft financials modules
- Coordination with CPA staff and internal stakeholders
- Technical Expertise in:
- Business Systems Analysis, System Configuration, Information Security, and Internal Controls
- Database Design, Data Modeling, and Reporting
- Enterprise Business Analysis: Risk assessments, feasibility studies, and business case development
- System Documentation & Training for users with varying technical expertise
- Technology & Tools:
- MS Azure DevOps for requirements management and project implementation
- Project management software
- Preferred Certifications:
- MBA or professional certifications such as CCBA, CBAP, CSM, CSPO, PMI-PBA, PMP, ITIL, ICGB
ERS currently operates under a hybrid model, requiring at least two days in the office each week, with the remaining days working from home. The specific office days can be negotiated with the manager. Full remote work may be considered, but only in notable circumstances.
