The Business Systems Analyst will work with the SSD and FOD Divisions to understand the business use and needs of applications and become knowledgeable of application maintenance, delivery, and support. The Systems Analyst will interact with the vendors that support any Division applications. The Analyst will need to develop an understanding of the Divisions use of applications, interaction with other applications and have the technical expertise to provide the support needed. The Systems Analyst will serve as a POC for the Divisions and serve as subject matter expert in regard to the SSD and FOD Division application
