Neos is Seeking an Oracle Database Developer for a long-term contract with our client in Austin, TX.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:

Years Required/Preferred Experience
7 Required Experience designing and developing Oracle database for applications including Pl/SQL,SSL, entity relationship diagramming and review, table normalization, performance tuning on relational databases.
5 Required Oracle Forms and Reports development and support experience
5 Required Working in a project team environment, Agile Methodology
5 Required Testing to ensure accessibility and other existing standards are met
5 Required Maintaining effective working relationships
3 Required Experience with other DB technologies (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc)
3 Required Skill writing SQL in industry standard relational databases.
5 Preferred Managing multiple task priorities
3 Preferred Leading Database team
3 Preferred PowerBI Experience
TERMS OF SERVICE
Services are expected to start 01/27/2025 and are expected to complete by 08/31/2025. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 1240 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
WORK HOURS AND LOCATION
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed.
Primary Work Location: Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, 4200 Smith School Rd., Austin, Texas 78744
Telecommuting Option: Allowed; up to four days with Managers approval.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M CST. Est. 40 hours per week. Services to be provided during normal business hours. The contractor may be occasionally called upon for after-hours as needed.
