Neos is seeking an IT Systems Analyst or a long-term contract with our client in Austin, TX.

The System Analyst will preform moderately complex (journey-level) computer systems analysis work. Work under general supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Employees at this level may rely on direction from others to solve problems that are not standard and also assist other staff in performing work of greater complexity.
Employees may:
- Analyze user needs, define the system s scope, document requirements, and translate the user needs and requirements into functional specifications for the design of business systems.
- Develop programs and applications using object-oriented programming languages, client-server application development processes, multimedia, and Internet technology.

III. TERMS OF SERVICE
Services are expected to start 03/03/2025 and are expected to complete by 08/31/2025. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 1024 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
- WORK HOURS AND LOCATION
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed.
The primary work location(s) will be at 4616 W. Howard Lane, Building 2, Suite 275, Austin, Texas 78728. The working position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework.
