Job Title: QA Engineer Automated III
Position Overview:
Seeking a Senior QA Engineer Automated III to join our dynamic ITD Applications team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in automated testing using Selenium, BDD, and TestNG, along with strong programming and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium, BDD, and TestNG
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure full test coverage
Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report bugs or defects
Continuously improve and optimize automation testing practices and frameworks
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices
Participate in code reviews and contribute to enhancing code quality
Stay current with emerging tools, trends, and technologies in QA automation
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5 years of experience in automated testing and framework development
Proficiency with Selenium, BDD, and TestNG
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in team-oriented environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional test automation tools and frameworks
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Exposure to performance testing and security testing
Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
