Neos is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Financials Developer (ERP / CAPPS Integration)
HYBRID ROLE - Austin, TX 78751 (Hybrid 1 day onsite weekly)
LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY NEED APPLY Remote 4 days/week, onsite Wednesdays
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST
Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and modify ERP programming systems
Encode, test, and debug to support PeopleSoft Financials applications
Ensure seamless software integration into ERP ecosystem
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Create technical designs to support UI, reporting, and interface needs
Troubleshoot system code and performance issues
Collaborate effectively in a remote team environment using modern communication tools
Be available for off-hours work during critical project phases
Minimum Required Qualifications
8 years PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 development experience
Strong proficiency in:
o PeopleCode and Application Packages
o Application Engine, COBOL, and SQR
o Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
o Advanced SQL / PL/SQL
o RHEL OS scripting
o Oracle Database 19g
2 years experience in:
o BI Publisher Reports and PS Queries
o Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
o Analyzing functional design requirements
o Creating technical design documentation
o Using Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
o Working with SharePoint Lists
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Texas CPA CAPPS Financials Baseline on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
Development experience in GL, AP, PO, ePro, SCM, SS modules
Experience working in Scrum framework and with Jira
