We are seeking an experienced Investment Compliance Specialist to join our team at NEOS Investments. In this role, you will assist the Chief Compliance Officer in administering and enhancing our compliance program.
About the Role
This role will work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer of the firm, the Chief Compliance Officer of the funds and management on a variety of compliance matters focused on registered funds and a registered investment adviser.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze registered fund client communications and quarterly reporting.
- Implement and maintain testing programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain policies and procedures based on new registered fund regulatory developments.
