About the Job
This role will assist the Chief Compliance Officer in administering and enhancing our compliance program, working closely with the Chief Compliance Officer of the firm, the Chief Compliance Officer of the funds and management on a variety of compliance matters focused on registered funds and a registered investment adviser.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze registered fund client communications and quarterly reporting.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain policies and procedures based on new registered fund regulatory developments.
