250k-$275k Bonus ($50k ) Equity ($100k) Total Comp ca $450,000

Market-leading Finance Transformation and Accounting advisory practice in North America seeking a ERP Practice MD for help to build, grow and deliver on the pipeline of work within the transformation team. Key Responsibilities :

Client Delivery :

Partner with CFOs, CTOs, and CIOs to design future-ready business and technology models.
Deliver comprehensive assessments of enterprise software, integration capabilities, and cloud solutions.
Optimize financial software environments to maximize value for clients.
Lead transformation projects from planning to completion while ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage project financials, oversee budgets, and guide allocation of resources.

Business Development :

Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and forming strategic partnerships.

Leverage an extensive network to expand the client portfolio.

Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.

Enhance the firm's reputation as a trusted transformation advisor.

Practice Development :

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Technology Practice.

Mentor and manage high-performing teams to foster professional growth.

Drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in technological advancements.

Oversee the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting and profitability.

Incorporate AI and emerging technologies into strategic initiatives and offerings.

Qualifications and Capabilities :

12–15 years of experience in technology and business transformation, preferably within professional services.

10 years of expertise in the NetSuite ecosystem , including delivery and practice growth.

Deep knowledge of the CFO tech stack, including accounting systems, ERP implementations, and budgeting tools.

Proven ability to lead teams, build client relationships, and drive practice growth.

Strong program / project management and practice development experience.

Experience in multiple industries, such as software, services, life sciences, not-for-profit, and manufacturing.

NetSuite certifications and a background in accounting are highly desired.
