Role: GenAI Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid (Minneapolis MN)

JD:

• MUST HAVE 8 years of experience is a must have in business analysis, process improvement, or automation in a large, complex organization, preferably within the MedTech, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industries in large programs with aggressive timelines & competing priorities
• MUST HAVE a demonstrable track record of identifying, analyzing, and delivering high-impact automation use cases, particularly in business functions such as IT, Finance, HR, and core MedTech operations.
• MUST HAVE 2-3 Years of MedTech industry experience working on large scale AI, Data and Automation programs.
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN
• Use case diagrams, Process definition documents/BRD
• Conducting idea collation workshops with large and diverse business and IT personas
• Converting ideas to well-articulated use cases in AI, GenAI, API based automation, Data transformation etc.
• Building business cases with ROI and recommended technologies required for automation
• Building roadmaps and funnels for automation decisions and presentations to the program's leadership.
• Experience of building business cases and roadmaps Only one of the competency AI, Data, RPA and GenAI shall not be acceptable
• The EXPEREINCE MUST BE ACROSS THE 4 key automation / digital transformation levers MedTech domain knowledge is non-negotiable.
