JD:
- Managing Google Workspace Deployment, Migration & Support for multiple deployments
- Hands on experience with various data migration tools (Google native and 3rd part tools)
- 2 years Hands on experience with scripting/API integration and development
- Managing customer relationships and winning confidence for technical delivery.
- Supporting team in technical configuration, change management activities, perform ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
- To ensure that service agreements with the provider are observed and concluded.
- To analyze service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and user feedback to propose and implement improvement actions, and increase the level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide GWS Support. Working Knowledge of GWS Administration, Data migration with different tools, Google Cloud Directory Sync, GAM with hands on experience
- Familiarity with IT security practices such as identity and access management, device management, and data protection
- Familiar with MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, Powershell, MDM
- Plan, set up, and execute data migration from the client's legacy system (e.g. O365 etc)
