Job Description:

• Facilitate user story workshops for scoping projects to develop and maintain the product backlog.
• Gather, interpret, and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders, teams, and departments.
• Develop project plans, including relevant artifacts for the program management processes.
• Communicate project status to senior management and project sponsor.
• Manage risks, issues, and impediments and escalate promptly.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• Work collaboratively with our software developers to ensure our product is meeting the business requirements.
• Work with the development teams to triage defects and ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.
• Facilitate 1st tier support for our applications in working with our software development team.
• Understand project estimates and manage the project budget once approved.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with automotive or aftermarket/manufacturing environment
• Product/Project management skills
• In-depth development methodology and system implementation experience.

Must have:

• Telematics/ connected vehicle and automotive background
• Good communication
• People management, collaboration, and strong interpersonal skills
• Should have the ability to take ownership of the project.
