Job Description
- The primary objective of this position is to implement a well-defined, well-documented process to ensure that contractual expectations and objectives are met as it relates to various Goods, services and material providers.
- Manage the development, negotiation and implementation of major related contracts leveraging spend, continuing to re-source recurring contractual commitments on a recurring cycle, manage emergent project work in support of operations, and manage key supplier relationships.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure contractual agreements are met.
- Experience with procurement of various goods and services for the company.
- Support Requests for Proposals (RFP) and manages the bid solicitation process.
- Ensure compliance with all bid rules and regulations.
- Creating and verifying purchase requisition.
