Position Overview:
NEOVA SmartSkincare is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support the growth and development of our innovative skin care and hair care brands. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on brand strategies, manage day-to-day marketing operations, and drive the execution of campaigns that elevate NEOVA’s position as a leader in physician-dispensed skincare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management & Strategy
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, sales, and loyalty among professional accounts and consumers.
- Maintain and enhance NEOVA’s brand identity through consistent messaging, design, and product positioning.
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform future initiatives.
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, gift-with-purchase programs, and professional activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to create marketing materials, packaging designs, and product assets in alignment with brand guidelines.
Product Portfolio Management & Launch Support
- Assist in the development of new products, from concept creation to launch execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Monitor and track the performance of new and existing products, providing insights to optimize the portfolio.
Presentation Design & Execution
- Create visually compelling and professionally designed PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with presentation materials for product launches, training sessions, and professional events.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, campaign effectiveness, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to guide marketing decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in brand development, marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record; experience in the skincare or beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
