Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to build and lead our inside sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of sales strategies, managing a team of sales reps, and driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with our partners.
About the Role
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales reps to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive growth, focusing on B2B - Dermatologists, MedSpa.
- Customer Engagement: Oversee inbound and outbound sales efforts, ensuring exceptional customer service and relationship management.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management to optimize performance.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of NEOVA Skincare products, including ingredients, benefits, and competitive positioning, to train the team and support sales efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and Sales teams to align sales initiatives with company goals and promotions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, enhance CRM utilization, and improve conversion rates.
