Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning
Create and execute a yearly marketing plan aligned with NEOVA's goals. Develop new strategies to boost the brand and attract more customers.
2. Brand Development
Tell our story in a clear and compelling way across all channels, including ads, brochures, websites, and social media. Collaborate with the Education team to create informative training materials.
3. Team Leadership
Lead and support the marketing team, fostering growth and collaboration to achieve exceptional results.
4. Online Presence
Manage our website, SEO, emails, and social media. Run effective digital campaigns and stay ahead of industry trends.
5. Sales Support
Partner with Sales to provide support to the sales team.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze campaign results, report on successes to leadership, and use data to inform marketing decisions.
Requirements:
- A marketing leader with 7-10 years of experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, or medical fields.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area (an MBA is a plus).
- Strong B2B and B2C marketing skills and a talent for storytelling.
- Effective team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of data and its application in decision-making.
- Bonus: Experience with CRM tools like NetSuite.
