Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Manage, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales reps to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive growth, focusing on B2B - Dermatologists, MedSpa.
- Customer Engagement : Oversee inbound and outbound sales efforts, ensuring exceptional customer service and relationship management.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management to optimize performance.
- Product Expertise : Maintain in-depth knowledge of Neova Skincare products, including ingredients, benefits, and competitive positioning, to train the team and support sales efforts.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and Sales teams to align sales initiatives with company goals and promotions.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, enhance CRM utilization, and improve conversion rates.
