Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to build and lead our inside sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, manage a team of sales reps, and drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with our partners. This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the skincare or beauty industry to promote Neova’s premium product line effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership : Manage, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales reps to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive growth, focusing on B2B - Dermatologists, MedSpa.
  • Customer Engagement : Oversee inbound and outbound sales efforts, ensuring exceptional customer service and relationship management.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management to optimize performance.
  • Product Expertise : Maintain in-depth knowledge of Neova Skincare products, including ingredients, benefits, and competitive positioning, to train the team and support sales efforts.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and Sales teams to align sales initiatives with company goals and promotions.
  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, enhance CRM utilization, and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Experience : 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an inside sales environment.
  • Experience in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Passionate about skincare and wellness.
  • Results-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
  • Adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
