This role is essential to scaling our brand presence on key platforms and engaging with our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content for key platforms including but not limited to Instagram and TikTok that aligns with our brand voice and marketing strategies.
Community Management: Foster a vibrant and engaging community by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions promptly.
Growth Strategy: Implement data-driven strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth on Instagram and TikTok.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including collaborations, influencer partnerships, and giveaways.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Platform Integration: Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure social media strategies are aligned with broader marketing goals.
Brand Representation: Act as the voice of NEOVA SmartSkincare and Tricomin, maintaining consistency in messaging and tone across all platforms.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in social media management, with a proven track record of growing and engaging communities on Instagram and TikTok.
Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and engagement.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Passion for Skincare & Haircare: A genuine interest in and knowledge of skincare and haircare products is a plus.
