As a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) at Neovance, you will serve as a strategic and solutions-focused partner to healthcare providers, supporting access to critical therapies through expertise in reimbursement, policy, and patient services. You will represent our clients’ brands with integrity, helping to educate and equip provider offices with actionable insights, tools, and guidance on navigating coverage and access challenges.
This role blends strategic thinking with frontline collaboration, requiring a strong command of market access landscapes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional value to both clients and the providers they serve. You’ll engage directly with our client as well with key stakeholders across the healthcare landscape; leveraging data and insights to ensure optimal access for patients.
Up to 80% travel is required; candidates must live within proximity to a major airport.

Key Responsibilities
Provider Engagement & Access Solutions
- Serve as a trusted reimbursement expert, delivering tailored education and consultation to provider offices on patient access, HUB research, payer trends, and reimbursement pathways.
- Conduct on-site visits and virtual engagements, facilitating customized training sessions aligned with brand strategy and therapeutic area nuances.
- Proactively identify access barriers and provide actionable, compliant solutions that optimize patient initiation and continuation on therapy.
- Partner with external and internal stakeholders to align on site visit objectives, account strategies, and long-term success plans.
- Contribute to program innovation through regular insights on payer policies, access challenges, and field learnings.
- Participate in client and cross-functional team meetings to ensure execution of field initiatives are aligned with broader program goals.
- Act as a liaison between program HUBs and providers, helping to bridge communication gaps, set expectations, interpret findings, and secure next steps.
- Leverage data from hubs, field reporting, and payer research to craft regional call activity/routing and to deliver impactful messaging across stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of evolving policy and reimbursement landscapes on both national and regional levels.
- Act as a subject matter expert within your therapeutic area, bringing consultative value to every interaction.
- Participate in regular team calls, training sessions, and knowledge sharing forums.
- Mentor new hires and contribute to the continuous learning and development of the Field Reimbursement Team.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred); equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in reimbursement, market access, HUB services, pharmaceutical sales/marketing, or healthcare consulting.
- Demonstrated expertise in payer policy, patient access, and the specialty pharmacy landscape.
- Proven track record in field-based roles engaging directly with providers and clients preferred.
- Strategic mindset with tactical execution skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Collaborative spirit with internal and external stakeholders.
- Agile, data-driven, and resourceful in solving access challenges.
- Organized and self-directed, able to manage a dynamic travel schedule.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed based on travel demands.
- Must have a home office and the ability to work independently from home or the road.
