Our Patient Access team is a scaled leader in the HUB services and patient access market, serving the biopharmaceutical industry with comprehensive patient support, product access, affordability, and adherence solutions for more than 30 years. Further advanced by its recently expanded non-commercial specialty pharmacy, to support enhanced distribution of cold-chain and ambient free goods products, we are committed to driving patient outcomes and improving healthcare accessibility through its extensive experience while currently supporting more than 2.5 million patients and over 100 unique brands across more than 25 disease indications.
At Neovance, we are advancing patient outcomes by elevating experiences through our next-generation engagement platform. As part of this effort, we are seeking a Product Manager, Integrations to define and drive the integration strategy for the platform. You will play a critical role in equipping the platform with the integrations that enable efficiency, personalization, and ultimately improve patient outcomes. This will include a mix of industry-specific integrations (e.g., e-eligibility, eBV, ePA, copay) and cross-channel integrations (e.g., fax, secure email, SMS, CTI, DocuSign, and other communication and document management solutions) to ensure seamless connectivity between internal systems and third-party solutions.
In this role, you will own the integration strategy, from identifying new integration opportunities to post-implementation performance optimization. You will collaborate closely with the Commercial and Growth Strategy teams to evaluate new industry capabilities and drive the successful integration of these solutions into the platform. Your work will directly impact the quality of patient access and contribute to improving outcomes by ensuring integrated systems work seamlessly across the platform.

- Define and own the integration strategy and roadmap, from assessing third-party solutions to driving successful implementation and ongoing optimization
- Lead the integration of key technologies, including CTI, secure email, fax, e-eligibility, eBV, ePA, copay, and other industry-specific systems
- Collaborate with Commercial and Growth Strategy teams to evaluate and assess new integration opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and broader business goals
- Evaluate third-party solutions for scalability, cost-effectiveness, and technical fit, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver value
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure integrations are scalable, reliable, secure, and comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, TCPA).
- Stay current with emerging integration technologies and industry best practices, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance the platform’s integration capabilities
- Track and measure the impact of integrations, ensuring they meet performance expectations and iterating to optimize results based on feedback and business needs
- Work closely with other Product Managers to ensure integrated solutions are seamlessly adopted into workflows, driving operational efficiency and improved outcomes.
- 3 - 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on platform integrations and system connectivity
- Strong technical experience with APIs, middleware, data exchange, and interoperability
- Proven ability to define and execute integration strategies, balancing technical feasibility with business impact
- Experience with integration protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and data management best practices
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and successful execution of integration projects
- Healthcare or life sciences experience is a plus
- Familiarity with TCPA, HIPAA compliance, security, and data privacy considerations is a plus
