Job Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Senior Director of Communication and Employee Engagement, the Graphic Designer/Digital Marketing Manager has the responsibility for execution of Neovia’s global digital marketing and communications strategy.
Graphic Design
- Create visually stunning marketing collateral, social media graphics, and website content that align with Neovia’s marketing strategies
- Update and enhance the website's look, feel, and capabilities
- Ensure new features and updates are fully functional before going live
- Produce engaging videos for internal and external communications from senior leadership and about company offerings
- Monitor the latest trends, innovations and technologies in photography and video production
- Uphold and guide the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual materials
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to keep the brand relevant and competitive; adapt brand strategies to changing market conditions and consumer preferences
- Develop and enhance PowerPoint presentations and customer proposals; ensure a consistent and cohesive design throughout the presentations
- Create and incorporate high-quality images, icons, charts, and infographics to enhance visual appeal and support the content
- Execute digital marketing strategies, with experience in HubSpot being a plus
- Develop engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital marketing, or a related field preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in graphic design, video production/editing, and website design/editing
- Relevant experience in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, photography, video editing software, etc.
- Experience in the use of demographics, psychographics, and statistical data when developing marketing plans
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to travel and the US and internationally
- Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
