The Role:
Creative Technology UK are seeking a detail focused Compliance Manager to ensure the management and development of the companies Compliance portfolio including ISO 9001, 14001, 20121 and 45001.
The Compliance Manager is responsible for the overall management of Creative Technologys suite of ISO standards ensuring full adherence across the business. The role involves working with business stakeholders to understand department specific requirements and translating the policies and procedures to ensure adherence to the standards. An essential component of delivering the role is auditing both in house and onsite activities with frequent travel required, occasionally international. Finally, the individual will be responsible for developing, advising and selecting on any necessary training requirements to enable delivery of the businesses compliance needs.
An ability to work across all levels of the business and provide leadership in compliance matters is essential. Good communication skills, utilising various delivery methods, are required to ensure full understanding of the purpose of any procedural requirements; based on compliance to the standards. The individual will need to be confident in delivery and ensure a firm hand in any discussion around Health and Safety matters in particular; and in Compliance generally.
