Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients or customers in the designated territory. Generate leads through various means, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date on product or service offerings, industry trends, and competitors' products to effectively communicate their advantages to clients.
Market Research:
Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct in-person meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Tailor presentations to address any customer questions or objections.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements. Close sales deals and obtain customer commitments.
Account Management:
Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing clients. Encourage new prospects to sign accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Set and achieve sales targets and quotas as defined by the company. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed goals.
Travel:
Travel to meet clients within the designated sales territory, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar outside sales role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- C-store, vape and tobacco knowledge is preferred.
- Background in B2B sales is preferred.
