nepf, LLC is seeking a dynamic Consultant with Change Management experience to drive growth and help our clients accelerate and manage change for their strategic programs and projects. This role combines consulting delivery with business development, offering a unique opportunity to support our clients' transformative journeys while expanding our client base and scaling our new Change Accelerators solutions.

Our Change Accelerators (www.nepf.co / accelerators) offer focused, high-impact solutions such as the Case for Change, Resistance Identification, and Actioning the Vision workshops. These solutions are designed to unlock rapid progress on complex transformations, helping clients break through common barriers to change.

As a consultant in this exciting growth area, you will play a key role in helping our clients adopt new ways of working and achieve measurable outcomes while expanding nepf's market presence. You will work as part of a team launching and delivering rapid, targeted change interventions through our Change Accelerators. In this role, you will help current and prospective clients overcome change challenges and see tangible results in weeks, not months-ensuring the delivery of innovative, impactful, and sustainable transformation strategies.

Our team is based primarily in Southern California, but valuing the flexibility of remote work, this role is open to qualified candidates across the U.S. This position is ideal for a results-oriented, proactive consultant with 3-6 years of change management consulting experience who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about transformation and excited to support a fast-growing solution, contributing to both client impact and business development as we help organizations navigate today's rapidly changing world. This role provides a foundation for growth within nepf, enabling you to deepen expertise in change management delivery and business development, with pathways for career progression.

Your Responsibilities and Duties :

Consulting Delivery & Client Impact

  • Serve as a consultant to support and deliver transformational change for initiatives that help clients implement new ways of working, new processes, and new systems.
  • Develop, lead, and / or support impactful workshops (e.g., Case for Change, Resistance Identification) designed to accelerate change, drive stakeholder buy-in, and achieve rapid results for our clients.
  • Identify and assess organizational risks, resistance, and change gaps, developing and implementing targeted mitigation and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize effectiveness.
  • Present outcomes to client stakeholders in a compelling and creative way, securing buy-in and building strong partnerships to drive impactful results through our Change Accelerators.
  • Work closely with internal team members and client stakeholders at various levels, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes for each engagement.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Assist in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities within prospective and current accounts, helping grow the Change Accelerators practice by targeting clients facing specific change-related challenges.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of account-based marketing campaigns targeting high-value prospective clients.
  • Conduct research on target accounts to identify change needs and align nepf's offerings with client priorities in industries such as life sciences, technology, and retail.
  • Develop personalized outreach plans by leveraging industry insights and relationship-building strategies to engage key decision-makers.
  • Work with nepf leadership to refine sales materials, case studies, and proposals, supporting tailored, impactful client pitches.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and content that highlight the value of our Accelerators, from client success stories to thought leadership pieces.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine and expand the Change Accelerators offerings, ensuring the solutions are tailored to meet evolving client needs.
  • Actively participate in relevant industry networks, events, and forums to increase nepf's visibility, expand client base, and generate leads for the Change Accelerators solution.
  • What Will Make You a Good Fit for This Position :

  • Consulting & Change Management Expertise : You bring 3-6 years of consulting experience in a client-facing role, preferably with experience in complex and / or enterprise-wide programs at large companies (5,000 employees). You have a solid foundation in organizational change management principles, with experience in risk and resistance assessment, and strategies for driving stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
  • Passion for Transformation : You're enthusiastic about driving organizational change and understanding the role of technology in shaping the modern workforce.
