We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Healthcare Reporting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting healthcare data to help inform decision-making and improve organizational performance. You will work closely with clinical, financial, and operational teams to ensure that data insights are accurate, timely, and actionable, supporting our efforts to enhance patient care, optimize resource allocation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze healthcare data from multiple sources, including electronic health records (EHR), claims data, and operational systems. Ensure data accuracy and completeness for reporting purposes.
• Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that provide insights into clinical, financial, and operational areas of the healthcare organization.
• Trend Identification: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and make recommendations for improvements in patient care, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
• Data Validation & Quality Control: Conduct routine audits and data validation to ensure that data used for reporting is accurate, consistent, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical leadership, finance, IT, and management, to interpret data findings and support strategic initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that reports and data comply with regulatory requirements and standards, including those set by CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) and other governing bodies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection, reporting, and analytics workflows. Provide recommendations for enhancing reporting tools, methodologies, and technologies.
• Training & Support: Assist in training staff on data systems, reporting tools, and best practices. Provide ongoing support for users of reports and dashboards.

Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
o Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field is a plus.
• Experience:
o 2-4 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, healthcare reporting, or a similar role.
o Experience with healthcare databases (e.g., EHR, claims data, EMR) is preferred.
o Familiarity with healthcare metrics (e.g., HEDIS, quality measures, patient outcomes) is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence software.
o Experience with SQL or other database query tools for data extraction.
o Familiarity with healthcare software platforms and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Analytical Skills:
o Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn raw data into meaningful insights.
o Ability to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Communication Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Ability to translate complex data into understandable terms for leadership and clinical teams.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
