Nephron Nitrile is a new privately-owned Nitrile Glove manufacturer. Nephron Nitrile products are proudly made in the USA! We are headquartered in West Columbia, South Carolina. The facility utilizes completely automated manufacturing, packaging, and distribution systems, in addition to high volume and redundant utility systems, to ensure production system availability.
Position Summary:
- Responsible for assisting in execution of the fiscal functions of the corporation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Requirements of Role:
- Perform and manage Accounts Payable including vouching invoices and processing payments.
- Perform billing of customers and manage Accounts Receivable.
- Perform and/or manage full reconciliation of select balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
- Generate various management reports on a monthly, and as needed basis.
- Make required journal entries and accruals.
- Document processes and procedures and work with departments to ensure proper accounting of expenses and projects.
- Perform detailed analysis of specific income and expense line items as needed.
- Identify and streamline all systems to provide for more efficient completion of workload.
- Communicate and coordinate with various department supervisors on an ongoing basis.
- Develop and manage reporting to departmental customers.

- Demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting.
- Experience should include audit, compliance, and budget.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities, and proposing new ways of creating efficiencies.
- Proven effectiveness leading professionals in finance and accounting.
- Flexible and a self-starter; able to multi-task while also being highly detail oriented.
- Must have high degree of integrity and credibility.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with accounting software – Netsuite preferred but not required.
