Job Purpose
Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the picking and packing operation of the Nephron order fulfillment shipping department.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the picking and packing of Nephron’s order fulfillment department.
- Arrange LTL and FTL shipments, including temperature-controlled shipments.
- Assist Order Fulfillment by processing truckload and small package orders.
- Verify orders are complete and accurate prior to shipping.
- Follow standard operating procedures when processing shipments.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Assist with daily and monthly finished good inventory.
- Work closely with Warehouse Operators and Order Fulfillment personnel.
- Assists shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed.
- Operate pallet jack and forklift.
- Monitor and maintains cleanliness of work area and warehouse.
- Performs other similar duties as required.

- Previous shipping, receiving, and/or warehouse experience preferred.
- This position requires bending, typing, lifting (up to 40 1bs.), standing, sitting and walking throughout the facility.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must pass a drug test.
