Position Summary:
· Employee must live within the designated geographical territory assigned.
· Coordinates and supervises the sale of Nephron’s products across a specified physical district, primarily through in-person meetings, in addition to phone/email, and virtual meetings.
· Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
· Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
· Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.
· Addressing customer complaints.
· Understanding complaints from a Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs standpoint.
· Assists with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience preferred
- Existing knowledge in the Hospital Pharmaceutical Industry, and/or 503B industry preferred (Including IDN/Health System relationships)
- Proven successful sales track record
