The Treatment Coordinator plays a pivotal role by serving as the primary liaison between patients and the clinical team. This individual is responsible for coordinating treatment plans, managing patient education, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the patient's journey. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for dental health, and a strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance processes.

Job Responsibilities
- Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively
- Facilitate financial discussions and payment plans with patients.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of treatments, timelines, and financial arrangements
- Schedule treatments and manage follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure seamless communication within the team and between patients and orthodontists.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in an orthodontic or dental office is preferred
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in negotiation and influencing
- Must be comfortable and effective when speaking with patients regarding their treatment as well as talking about the financials of the treatment.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with dental management software.
- Highly enthusiastic, supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Strong ability to learn new skills and a teachable approach.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficient time management.
- Compassionate, caring, and committed to providing exceptional patient services.
- Punctual and reliable in all professional dealings.
