About the Role:
We are seeking a Software QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience specializing in Web UI and API Test Automation to support our innovative product development. This role involves both manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality feature delivery and system performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Web UI and API test automation for new features.
- Design and execute comprehensive test cases (both automated and manual).
- Maintain and enhance test plans for core product features.
- Contribute to the automation framework using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and TestNG.
- Ensure test reliability and stability in the CI/CD pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Scrum team to understand feature requirements and define clear acceptance criteria.
- Analyze software systems to improve design, testability, and overall quality.
- Track, report, and communicate test results effectively and in an automated manner.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for quality.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber.
- Active engagement in Scrum team activities, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, and version control systems such as Git/GitHub.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have hands-on experience with manual and automated mobile testing.
- Have experience with Appium
- Have experience with CircleCI for continuous integration and delivery.
- Enjoy optimizing workflows and automating repetitive tasks.
