Position Summary The RDO Manager, Process and Risk, will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining processes to maintain an integrated view of all strategic & transformation initiatives managed by the Results Delivery Office (RDO). This position works closely with executive and senior leadership along with PMO Leadership to manage department and initiative interdependences, ensure coordination across all business units and communicate / manage risks to the strategic plan. You will lead a team of professionals and provide strategic insights on risk / change management, risk mitigation and process improvements. Key Responsibilities :
- Support the development and execution of risk management & change management strategies, frameworks, and policies across the organization
- Identify and assess potential risks and vulnerabilities related to change management and strategic initiatives.
- Maintains an overview of the strategic initiative portfolio and milestones to coordinate & communicate delivery priorities.
- Works with project and initiative leaders to track and manage strategic program interdependencies.
- Oversee and manage risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives to ensure organizational readiness and adherence to industry regulations.
- Conduct continuous improvement activities to enhance operational effectiveness, identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Prepare and present risk reports and process improvement recommendations to senior management
- Mentor and lead a team of Results Delivery Office program management professionals, fostering a culture of risk awareness, proactive problem-solving, collaboration, and focus on results delivery
- Stay informed on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure the company is well-prepared for the future. Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of risk & change management frameworks
- Proven experience in developing and implementing process optimization strategies.
- Prior experience in a Results Delivery Office, or other similar change / transformation management functions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, finance or a related field of study, or equivalent experience Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in change management, risk management, process improvement, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
